Coaching

 

Our passion for developing people is realised at every level, but there is no better feeling than seeing an individual grow from within.   Our approach to coaching is tailored to the needs and aspirations of the individual, developing not only their knowledge and skills, but fostering a capacity for enquiry, problem solving and a journey of growth.

Coaching can be provided in person, or via virtual means.   We have extensive experience in different modalities and are flexible to accommodate the timing requirements of our clients.


 

Supervision

 

In our real-world of leadership and management in healthcare, we see many practitioners working in significant isolation, and in many circumstances, requiring supervision and support to be confident in their practice.   With over twenty years of providing remote supervision, we can tailor a programme to meet the needs of the individual and their organisation. 


 

A particular focus for us is the promoting cohesion between our people to enable safe care and safe work.   Conflict is all around us and we need to learn to work with it, developing the skills to harness the power of difference.   With extensive experience, informed by specific training and qualifications, we can work with individuals and teams to develop their repertoire of approaches – doing difference better.
